The moon is made of volcanic rocks called bassalt, which are richer in iron and magnesium than earth bassalt. They have less water though.

i think the moon is made out of rocks and sand while some other people that i no thinks it is made out of cheese

I think the moon was made out of small Rocks from outerspace that joined together and made the moon.

I think the moon is made out of a rock with some sand on it because I think I once heard Mr. Kruse say that the Earth had lava and then a rok hit the Earth and that's how the moon got formed.  |
