i dont think they do because when we hear the wind it is more becausse it is hitting against something and that is what is making the noise but the wind and particles are causing it.

I don't think that particles make noise becuase then wouldn't we be hearing a bunch of noise around us at all times? Because they are always jumping around and It isn't like we are hearing little things jumping at all times!

Yes I believe that particles do make noise but they are to small to hear them. The sound you here when wind passes by you is when the wind goes by your ear, or if it hits something. The wind is rushing into a low pressure system

I think the wind that we hear is just it going past our ears. I don't think that wind it's self makes noise. We just hear it because we are normally standing in it. And if particles are really quiet, then what about when there are millions or whatever of them jumping around. You'd think that you would eventually hear something. Which I don't think you do.

these are all interesting ideas and I tink I agree with them... They all make a lot of sense to me anyways

I and others can all agree that we have all heard the wind before and that the wind is made up of particles and so that means that we have heard particles.
