Mr. Kruse was talking about a question he was thinking about putting on his test. The question was something like if the moon was a cube what would the seasons be like. I wanted to see what you guys though about this.
I think that if the moon was a cube that we would have more than four seasons. I wish I could draw a picture to help explain my idea it might be kinda cunfusing. just letting you know before I go on. We might also have a east and west hemisphere. Because our world would be six sided. And I think the seasons would last longer. I think the earths shape might have something to do with the seasons. Which changes things.

I think if the Earth was a cube the seasons would have to be diffrent like you said. The Sun's rays would be spread out on one side or multiple sides of the cube. If the light for example hit a corner it could be on three faces of the cube at once. It would also make a diffrence in direct and indirect lighting. Days and nights would be diffrent and that would effect the calender and year.

Wasn't it if the Earth was a cube. Well here is my idea. If The Earth was a cube only one side if the cube wouyld get the seasons. But here is my question is the Earth still tilted?

depends on if the earth is tilted, on an axis the cube pointed a certain direction

I will be interested to see where this goes. And yes the tilt is still there.
