why does mercury move faster then any other planet in the sky?? because its the closet planet to the sun and its orbit is the fastest around the sun because itt is very small.

i did not know that the sun is the most important celestial feature in our solar system. another important thing i learned was that It would require 198 Earth's in order to fit across the main disc, and the interior of the Sun could hold approximately 1.3 million planets the size of our Earth. this site was very educational

How come Venus is called Earths sister planet? Also is it something that is very pretty to see because it is called the jewel of the sky?

Do you think that someday somebody will be able to stand on the sun??? maybe if they can create a suit that will beable to handle the extreme heat on the sun so lets hope scientists can create a suit that will pretect us from the heat

How would they test it? If you get close enough to the sun you will burn up and die. Because they proly wouldn't be able to "recreate" the suns heat on Earth so it could be tested. Because It would probably cause fires or something like that. [glow=red,2,300] [/glow]

Do you think that someday somebody will be able to stand on the sun??? I don't think so unless the Sun cooled down big time for somebody to land on it. If this ever happens is it possible for us humans to live on the Sun?
