I agree with courtney. If we didnt have water than all the Earths species including humans, would die out. And if we didnt have any water, the Earth would either just be a big rock or it could be covered in some lava too because lave usually stops because its cooled off by water. And without water it would take a while for it to cool down.

The only way we wouldnt have clouds is if we didnt have water. By the time there was no clouds at all the human race would already be extinct because we cant live without water. Even if we didn't have clouds, we could still have water. There are lots of populated places in the desert where the only water comes from rivers, and they do just fine.
