Saturn does have land. Not a lot, but some. One of the reasons it would float (If you could find a body of water large enough) Is that the rings are mainly made of ice, which is less dense than water. It is about 75 percent hydrogen, and 25 percent helium. It is 70% the density of water. And the reason that other planets can't float is that Saturn is the least dense. www.nineplanets.org/saturn.html

The gas planets would float because they are made out of gas. Now about those rings of yours. They I've read are made out of water[ice] But I do not know how it got there. Isn't water made out of oxygen not helium?

You would have to find a place big enough to hold it, but yeah, it would float.

Isn't water made out of oxygen not helium? I heard that the rings are made out of rocks and ice. Haven't heard about them being made out of water yet though.

how does gas float in water? Isn't gas air? An air bubble goes to the surface right after it sinks

It is on some planets that I think that the rings are made out of ice.
